Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the QuickVites service, used to collect and manage RSVPs for personal kids' birthday parties hosted by Justin Nunn (operator) on the domains rsvp.4nunns.com, averysbirthday.com, and similar event-specific subdomains.

What we collect

When you RSVP to an event, we collect:

• Your name (and the names of any additional adults or kids in your party)
• Your phone number and/or email address (whichever you provide; one is required)
• Your RSVP status (Going / Maybe / Can't Make It) and party size
• The IP address of your request (used briefly for rate limiting; not retained beyond restart)

How we use it

We use this information solely to:

• Send you a confirmation message via email or SMS after you RSVP
• Send you a magic link via email or SMS if you request to update or cancel your RSVP later
• Notify the event hosts (Justin Nunn and Genevieve Nunn) about your RSVP so they can plan accordingly

Third parties

We do not share your information with any third party for marketing purposes, advertising, or sale. The only third parties that process your data are service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages:

• Resend (transactional email delivery) — receives your email address and the email body in order to deliver our confirmation/edit-link emails
• Twilio (SMS delivery) — receives your phone number and the SMS body in order to deliver our confirmation/edit-link texts
• Cloudflare (DNS and reverse proxy) — sees request metadata as part of normal HTTP routing

These vendors operate under their own privacy policies and are contractually required to use your data only to deliver our messages.

SMS opt-in and mobile information

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the data categories described above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party. The phone numbers and SMS consent we collect are used only to deliver the transactional RSVP messages you explicitly request, via Twilio acting as our message-delivery service provider.

Retention and deletion

RSVP records are kept until the event ends and for a reasonable period afterward (typically less than one year) so we can answer follow-up questions. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing justin.nunn@me.com with the event name and your RSVP name.

Opt-out of SMS

If we have texted you, you may stop further SMS at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You may also reply HELP for help, or contact justin.nunn@me.com.

No cookies or tracking

The public RSVP pages do not set any cookies, do not use analytics or tracking pixels, and do not include third-party scripts. The admin dashboard sets a session cookie for the host only.

Children

RSVPs are collected from adults (parents/guardians) on behalf of themselves and their children. We do not solicit information directly from children under 13.
